Saturday, 26th & Sunday, 27th August 2023

The HAAT Open Studio 2023 will be on Saturday, 26th until Sunday, 27th August from 10am to 4pm both days.

There are many great trail members to visit to see their beautiful works: Janelle Wymer, Jeanette Star Little River Studios, Dawn Packer, Karen Tanner, Leanne Jones Mellow Crest Studio, Marcia Rea, Piggery Lane Studios, Cass & Jeff Walsh,  Hawkesbury Regional Gallery, Deidre & Satya Morrison Richmond Art Supplies and more…

Come explore the galleries, visit the studios, and have the opportunity to meet the Artists and Artisans on the Trail!

MTAS: HAAT Open Studio this weekend 10th & 11th Sept

Hello MTAS Members!

We have a busy month ahead of us!

HAAT Open Studio Weekend, 10th & 11th:

Artworks are wanted for a display on our screens in Magnolia Mall as part of the Hawkesbury Artists and Artisans Trail Open Studio this coming weekend Sat 10th & Sun 11th September.

Please bring a list of your works and you can have your own labels or write on ours.

There will be 25% commission on sales that goes to MTAS.

There is no entry fee to enter your work.

We will need volunteers for the roster so PLEASE help as many of us have other commitments on this weekend and cannot put in as much time.

This coming Friday afternoon/evening will be the set up from 4.30pm at Magnolia Mall.

Suggested Roster times:
Saturday from 8.30am – 10am, 10am – 1pm, 1pm – 4pm,
Sunday 9.30/10am – 1pm, 1pm – 4pm,

4pm is pack up and putting the screens etc into Magnolia Mall storage for the following weekend which is the Richmond Jubilee Sat 18th.

You can leave your work at Richmond Art Supplies this week for us to hang, or bring on Friday afternoon and help hang or Sat morning before 9am. Please speak to Sheila for more information 4572 3039 se.sharp@bigpond.net.au

John Shields will demonstrate Sat 10am – 12noon and Chris Seale 1pm – 3pm.

If anyone else wants to demonstrate as well on Sat or Sunday please contact Deidre at the Shop 02 4578 3555 to arrange. More are most welcome.

We will also have Satya’s Band, Groove Oracle playing on Saturday 10th between 10am and 4pm.

The Richmond Jubilee Sat 18th :
The Richmond Jubilee is the following weekend on Sat 18th. We will have similar requirements in the Magnolia Mall and another small display in Richmond Park to promote the MTAS. We need volunteers to help for both the park and Magnolia Mall. Please call Deidre at the Shop on 02 4578 3555 for further information.
