The Hawkesbury Show is on again 6th -8th May 2022!
Lots of attractions, rides, competitions, treats and of course the Art Pavilion, that you can enjoy with your family and friends.
For those who are planning to submit Art here are some important details.
Art entries close 18th April, check the Sections in Page 66 of the schedule (we have some schedule booklets at Musson Lane, Richmond Art Supplies, the showgrounds, etc.)
The Art Entry Form is on Page 35 of the printed schedule.

Delivery is Thurs 28th and Fri 29th April. If you are good at checking spreadsheets and are interested in helping with the ‘Take In’ you can speak to Sheila ph 0408 161 284.
We will hang the art on Saturday 30th. Some agile helpers needed. Contact Sheila ph 0408 161 284.
The show is open Fri 6th May 10am to 9pm, Sat 7th 10am to 9pm and Sunday 8th 10am to 5pm. We again ask members to put their name down for a Roster time, (10-1,1-4, or 4-7 & 7-9 on Fri & Sat) The sheet will be at Musson Lane Wed 6th , Wed 20th, Sat 16th, 23rd, and when you deliver your paintings. First in gets their preferred time. Sign up or phone Sheila. Free Entry tickets will be available for those who do duty, ask Sheila at Delivery.
Collect your unsold works on Monday 9th May. Works cannot be collected on Sunday since there will be no nearby parking. (If you cannot manage this use a friend OR as a last resort ask Sheila). If anyone wants to help with checkout on Monday, please contact Sheila.
