Musson Lane Gallery Changeover – 15th July 2022 From 9am – 12nn
The next Musson Lane Gallery hanging changeover is still happening this Friday the 15th of July, between 9am-12 noon. Please be aware that recent flooding is not affecting this date — If you cannot make it on the Friday, please arrange to bring your work in earlier and not on the Saturday after, as we intend to finalise the hanging on Friday. If you wish to leave works in the exhibition, please advise Maryanne ahead of time on 0428 441 437. This will make the process smoother and save last minute phone calls. Please remember to have D rings on the back of all works for ease of hanging and that your list of works includes the dimensions of your work in centimetres for H x W. Please also remember one duty per month is required as a minimum for all exhibitors.
Hope you are all staying safe and well.
The address is Unit 2, 1 Musson Lane, Richmond, NSW 2753.

POSTPONED TO FEB 2023 Monthly Demonstration Meeting with Kristine Ballard – Acrylics
Unfortunately due to extreme weather and flooding we are postponing this coming Tuesday 12th July Demonstration Monthly Meeting with Kristine Ballard.
Kristine has agreed to come and see us in Feb 2023 instead.
We are very disappointed to have to postpone another demo.
Stay safe and dry everyone.
And keep doing your Arts and Crafts.
About Kristine Ballard:
Kristine Ballard’s work is driven by colour. Selective colour palettes and disintegrated shapes define the unique style she calls ‘Fragmatism’ where images float, dissolve and fragment across the canvas, and beauty is often camouflaged. Deconstructed shape and reconstructed colour is always the focus of her work.
Specialising in still life and landscape paintings, Ballard works at creating the atmospheric colour harmonies inspired by real life experiences.
She has exhibited both nationally and internationally and has completed art residencies at the world reknowned Art Students League of New York and also in Venice. In Australia, at Monsalvat and at the Mornington’s historic Police Point Residency.
Kristine’s artwork has also been licensed for fabric collections art cards. She is also an experienced art facilitator, having run an Art School for twelve years and been the Arts presenter of EdTV Australia.
She creates and directs many art functions, workshops, art mentoring programs and art retreats. She specialises in demystifying the art process and helping students develop their own unique style.
